Independence From Masturbation

 Independence From Masturbation

By: Utkarsh

Hello everyone, today after so many days, I am writing a blog. The problem was neither I had any topic nor I tried to extract my thoughts in series from my brain as had lost many good habits in this boring lock-down. Though government had unlocked but still corona has not been caught and arrested yet, so still we have to be cautious from it.

Before I proceed further, WARNING! You may find it inappropriate but that's not my problem. 😂

So I would like to start my topic through a quote that I designed after thinking for quiet long, and that is~

"Happiness can give you pleasure but pleasure can never give you that long lasting happiness".

Do you know why had I said so? Guess it, give it a try at least(below 👇 is comment section to take your response). Well keep giving try, this time am not going to declare the reason as you people has already became too lazy to think and answer.

What is masturbation? Before you google it, let me put the definition from the google before you. Masturbation is the sexual stimulation of one's own genitals for sexual arousal or other sexual pleasure, usually to the point of orgasm.

But in my own words, it's a human made drug being available in the market through western business people to sell their product of sexual disorders and erectile dysfunctions in your body. Even the treatments used in hundreds of 'newly-made' hospitals in recent decades gives a good amount of profit to those business man with worst idea of business in the west.

I guess, I again derailed from the track in the overflowing emotions from what I was expressing, it happens.
😉 Even many teachers get derailed from their lectures and start sharing a story related to it which gives happiness of another level.
To be Honest, I was not involved in it since many years, I just got involved since May, reached up to moderate level, not even extreme, realized my mistake, called my best mentor and a great psychologist, shared my problem in indirect way and start making strategies to control it.

I even tried to follow 21-days rule to create a good or destroy a bad habit but my self discipline was lost in those times, the more I controlled, the more it explodes in another way out. Thus I kept it in practice for couple of weeks and I again realized, I was feeling dizzy and lazy, not dizzy completely but it was similar experience.

My search history use to contain you tube searches of controlling it which often gets redirected to channels which argue whether its harmful or not which I even didn't care, I just wanted to put a full stop for some years like until I didn't wish for it! Even getting rid of it is not less then austerity.

Excuse me for interrupting, but had you ever watched the movie, 'Unstoppable'? My habit was just like the velocity of that train, increasing moment by moment with no loco-pilot to control it from inside. And I too had that factory in form of studies/academics which was worrying what if this habit in form of driver-less train hit the factory which here represents studies, as I had left even Maths! [Well now situation is under control so nothing to worry about]

It was last Friday, not yesterday's one. When I was listening music on Wynk after releasing that precious energy and I listened this one~

Do listen this once, Mirage by Dino James, I dont know which chemical imbalance happened again in my brain, but my oxytocin and dopamine level for having those pleasures just got a drastic down fall. I am thankful to him to sing such rap. (Now am thinking to mail him the loads of thanks

🤣

).

Meanwhile before some days, I had also gone through the diets which were like boon, you know?

So now am following a very difficult and strict discipline with myself in terms of refreshing and cleaning the brain, well you should be happy as I had cleaned and reprogrammed it at about 79% and rate of progress is self satisfying.

I am following half method formula to control the sudden extreme willing of repeating it again but day by day it had became much easier to even forget what I was doing.

I think you may had understood it. Well fyi its just not me, who faces it in adolescence, many of my friends had faced and loves doing it before sleep even now, but I didn't needed it so am dropping it.

Thank you

Journey from Mahindra Bolero Neo to MG Windsor EV Pro

Shifted from a Diesel to an EV in 2026 By: Utkarsh Pandey   VS I owned a Mahindra Bolero Neo 2021 model since it was launched. Since 2008 I continuously had diesel vehicles. There was hardly any phase when I owned a car running on any fuel other than diesel. Bolero Neo is generally not considered as a family SUV rather it is robust, rough, tall and powerful vehicle, after being upgraded from TUV 3OO, it had better stability with its tougher suspension. It is not a complete 7 seater yet it's jump seats are very useful since we had to take decision of buying vehicle considering our fifth member, who is a ~8 years old German Shepherd.  We drove it around 65000 kms, it was the only car which lasted for more than 4 and a half years with us and driven passionately around norther plains to plateaus of Jharkhand. It is the best compact SUV in its segment with RWD, that too starting under 10 Lakhs for its N4 model. All those who owns it won't deny the fact of feeling the vibe of ...

Tata Sierra First Impression

Tata Sierra 2025 – My Review By: Utkarsh Pandey Hello everyone, today I visited BR Tata Motors (BR Autoventure) at Crescent Mall. The aim was to explore the newly launched Tata Sierra and understand its real-world appeal in the compact–mid size SUV segment. Segment & Dimensions Tata Sierra sits in the compact / mid-size SUV (small family SUV) segment. It follows a 5-door, 5-seater layout with a high driving position and rugged yet modern styling. Length: 4340 mm Width: 1841 mm Height: 1715 mm Wheelbase: 2730 mm Despite competing with vehicles like the Creta or Alcazar on paper, the Sierra feels noticeably different. The cabin feels airy, wide, and confidence-inspiring, rather than just another familiar SUV layout. Sunroof & Cabin Ambience The Sierra offers the largest sunroof in its segment . Although the display vehicle had a low battery and couldn’t demonstrate it fully, the openness it adds to the ...
