BREATHE AND LIFE – SPAN

BREATHE AND LIFESPAN
By: Utkarsh
Hello friends, today in the morning, I was just thinking why the dogs have the lifespan of 10-15 years while tortoise has the lifespan of 250-300 years. I was thinking this only when one of my friends told me that if the dogs would breathe slowly, they would live a longer life.
Life is directly or indirectly dependent on the breathing velocity. From this, we can understand that the God had given us the fixed number of breaths and it is in our hands, how we use it. Either we breath fast and decrease our lifespan or we breathe slow and increase our lifespan.
Do you know, why we say ‘cool down’ to a person
who is very angry at someone? It is because when he is angry, he will breathe faster than the normal breath and will consume his total breathes faster than usual. We should always breathe deeply and slowly.
Benefits of deep conscious breathing are—
1. Breath=Life.
2. Deep Breath=Less Stress and Better Digestion=Less Inflammation=More Awareness.
3. Slower Breath=Better Relationships.
The better and the complete, whole, breathe you take, the more energy you will have. Taking deeper breaths will bring in more oxygen (O2 ) into the body and improve your energy levels.
Slow deep breaths help to activate the healing power of your body and your body will heal the injury faster. It also helps to maintain our relationship with the people because the relation breaks due to our reactive nature which can be controlled or changed by changing our breathing pattern.
Deep breathing reduces the acidity level of the body. It also reduces the risk of infection. It helps to increase the awareness of our surroundings in a wide range. Through this, we can talk to ourselves and can solve many problems fastly and accurately, with to the point solution.
My motto is not to scare you but to tell you that you can enjoy taking each and every breath of your life even when you are very busy with your office work or studies. At least think of whatever I had written and whatever you read just now, you will understand the following things:

·      You breathe slowly not because you are happy, but you are happy because you breathe slowly.
·      You breathe deeply not because you are calm and to prevent tension, but you are calm and tension – free because you breathe slowly and deeply.
·      You breathe faster not because you are angry, but you are angry because you have increased your breathing velocity.

So, just breathe normally and take a deep breath for the proper functioning of your body as your body will get more amount of oxygen.
Thank you for reading.

Also, there are both direct and indirect meanings of title exists as there is a word that is also part of TFC. Everyone here has been with basic Physics, where they might have learnt that Force is a physical quantity that describes the interaction between two objects, which can cause a change in motion, shape or state of rest of an object, which is expressed as F = ma and it’s SI unit is Newton. Well, we are not here to study Physics 😂 but yes, we will be relating it with the incidences as it best descr...
